07-1400-LLA/CDP/TEX [applications filed November 5, 2008] for one year

Hearing
on the request of Scott Branch, agent for Verna Carter, owner, to consider Case
No. 08-1476-ARB/ENC/CDP (application filed November 12, 2008), for an
Encroachment Permit and Coastal Development Permit to allow five metal
trellises to encroach into the City rights-of-way along Sixth Street and Linden
Avenue and eight additional entry trellises along Maple Avenue and the south
side of the buildings facing the railroad tracks; and to accept the exemption
pursuant to §15301(a) of the State Guidelines for Implementation of CEQA. The properties are addressed as 5045 - 5095
