Hearing on the request of Peoples’ Self-Help Housing Corporation to consider case No. 10-1543-DP/CDP/TEX [application filed July 12, 2012] for a two-year time extension for the Casas de las Flores Apartments permits, extending the approval to December 6, 2014. The project would remove the existing travel trailers at the Carpinteria Camper Park, several accessory structures and an adjacent single family dwelling, merge three lots and construct and operate affordable rental housing apartments for low and very-low income households. The application involves APN 004-013-018, -019 and -020, located at 4096 Via Real.
