Hearing on the request of Alicia and Craig Jacobson to
consider Case No. 12-1614-DP/CDP [application filed 2/19/12] for approval of a
Development Plan and Coastal Development Permit to demolish the existing single
family residence and construct a new 2,877 square foot single family residence
with attached two-car garage under the provisions of the Planned Residential
Development (PRD-20) Zone District and to allow a modification to the
street-side setback; and to accept the Exemption pursuant to §15301 and 15303
of the State Guidelines for Implementation of the California Environmental
