Hearing on the request of Shubin + Donaldson Architects, agent for Lynda.com, to consider Case No. 12-1647-ARB/SIGN for preliminary/ final review of an electrical vehicle (EV) charging station and associated signage placed on the common parcel of the South Coast Business Park. †The property is a 4.57-acre parcel zoned Industrial Research Park (M-RP) and shown as APN 001-430-007.
Hearing on the request of David Lemmons, agent for Kimís Market owned by Zack Ballat, to consider Case No. 12-1646-DPM/ARB for preliminary/ final review of a request to construct a new trash enclosure on a mixed use parcel developed with a retail market and two residential units. †The trash enclosure would be placed within an existing parking space at the front of the property. †The property is a .77-acre parcel zoned Commercial Planned Development (CDP/R) and shown as APN 004-013-022.
Hearing on the request of Rick Bianchi, Tri Pointe Homes, agent for Resmark, LLC, to consider Case No. 07-1407-TM/TPM/DP/CDP for revised final review of interior floor plans and elevations (window placement) for the large lot residences at Lagunitas. †The property is a 25-acre parcel zoned Industrial Research Park (M-RP) and shown as APNs 001-470-002 through 012, located at various addresses on Lagunitas Court.† The affected residences are located along the northern boundary of the site.
